I love cooking and eating delicious food but I also eat to maintain my multi-faceted healing lifestyle; one that supports optimal health while having IBD 🤩

Note: these meals aren't all recommended for all with IBD, especially if you're newly diagnosed, flaring, or experiencing a lot of symptoms daily.

For what I recommend whether you're in the IBD Flaring phase, Healing phase, or Thriving phase, comment or DM me, "EBOOK" and I'll send you the link for my eating for IBD ebook 🍎
"Everyone with IBD is unique," is true, but does N "Everyone with IBD is unique," is true, but does NOT mean, "Since only 5 foods don't bother my gut, that's all I can eat."

This is not your limit, babes, this is your LAUNCHING point 🚀 launching into food freedom, that is 😍

Helping IBD friends to tolerate more foods might be one of my favorite hobbies 🥳

P.S. Comment or DM me "HEAL" to book a free gut health strategy call if you have big goals of eating more than the same 5 safe foods! 🥝🍎 Let's see if my program is a fit for you! #selfhealer #ibd #guthealth #foodfreedom #crohns
A hard truth said with love: if you're not committ A hard truth said with love: if you're not committed to your healing, you're not going to see the results you want.

There's no work around here, unfortunately.

It'll probably be hard, but the only way to be done with it is to get through it.

The goal is to be restricted for as little time as possible.

But for that time, you need to stick with it so your body heals and LATER you can tolerate expanding your diet and even have indulgences with less issues.

Don't fall into the trap of sabotaging your success then blaming a stubborn body or ineffective protocol 🙏❤️

Decreasing post-meal urgency and increasing energy is life-changing (IYKYK). Plus, those are two major signs of healing.

This client has not be given any helpful digestive healing advice or formal diagnoses for *years* so loose stool, low energy, and food reactivity have been her norm. But that is all changing now.

Functional healing and the human body never cease to amaze me. The body starts to adapt rapidly when the right buttons are pushed!!

✨To get into the one-month Self-Healer Starter Package like this client is in, comment or DM "SELF-HEALER" for the link, and schedule your first session within 1-2 weeks!
