Hi Alexa, I just wanted to let you know I had my colonoscopy this week (my last flare was 4/2024 when we started working together). I have been dedicated to my supplement routine and diet — which has paid off… there is no evidence of UC at all! Thank you for your guidance and understanding I wanted to do this without pharmaceuticals.
My colonoscopy went really well and much better from my colonoscopy last November that got me diagnosed! My entire colon was so inflamed during the last one they couldn’t even go all the way with the scope. My colon has healed so much since then and this scope only showed mild colitis in the sigmoid colon. I uploaded the results in the documents. Thank you so much for all your help with healing my colon!
Are you…
-
Bloating after your meals?
- Feeling fatigued constantly?
- Experiencing constipation?
- Urgently needing the bathroom?
- Seeing high inflammatory markers?
- Feeling frustrated that your pain isn’t being taken seriously or that everything you’ve tried isn’t working?
Then you’re in the right place!
If you’ve had IBD for any length of time, you know that reactive symptom management is neither sustainable nor healthy. Unfortunately, many people living with IBD are unaware of the many ways they can positively influence their health. Here we “control the controllables,” which has resulted in hundreds of clients reclaiming stability in their health again.
I go to the bathroom more normally and comfortably. I wake up with no bloating. I have lots of energy and rarely need a nap. I’ve gotten complimented on my skin and hair recently because it just looks and is much healthier. I was able to successfully taper from my SSRIs and feel so good without medication.
Update! I just had my colonoscopy, my doctor said I look excellent, no inflammation and my next colonoscopy will be in 7/8 years! I told her all about you and said she may want your contact for herself. Hahaha. I’m going to give her your information. I’m so happy and genuinely so proud of myself, which I never say! 🙂
