You are notttt whatever symptoms keep tagging alon You are notttt whatever symptoms keep tagging along.

You're definitely not stuck there because Susie or doctor smith said so.

If you've been in a flare cycle, your body is trying so hard to heal and it wants to!

And it cannn💜

Why can't you be like my client that saw her first normal BM in 3 years? Or my client who didn't believe her body wouldn't give her a "food baby" after meals one day.

In the nicest way possible, you are not special! You can heal, too.

Release the ceiling of limitations, believe in bigger and better, and stop at nothing to get there.

With a whole day ahead at the beach, I had my salad for some real food for lunch and all the necessary beach food groups: salty, crunchy, and sweet 🧀🥨 Plus plenty of liquids to stay hydrated.

Ice cream caveat: I knew my body would do okay with a this, so it was a sweet treat splurge I felt good about! If you're actively flaring/reacting to lots of foods including dairy, I'm pro not adding fuel to the fire via trigger foods🙅🏼‍♀️
