Hurting when you eat anything and everything is a Hurting when you eat anything and everything is a big clue to what could be going on inside. And living like this being considered normal is the biggest misnomer — don't succumb to it!

This can mean a few things:

- gut permeability

- immune system either underperforming or in overdrive
- nervous system stuck in survival mode
- not eating the right foods for this stage of health
- gut infections or imbalances/dysbiosis

And the good thing is, there are answers for these things 🙌🏼 If hurting after eating is the norm for you, comment or DM "SELF-HEALER" to start your gut-healing plan.

How fast does healing happen? Depends on lots of t How fast does healing happen? Depends on lots of things but sometimes it happens quite swiftly when your body's getting what it needs!

My newly diagnosed client didn't want to waste any time harnessing control of what's in her power when it came to her healing.

Blood/mucous in stool, bloating, gas, and constipation, plus severe inflammation as seen in a colonoscopy are clear signs a body needs TLC ❤️

One month is not the end of healing, but in this short time, she has paved the path for herself to live in less discomfort that leads to less inflammation and therefore, damage to the intestine.

We outsource help all the time in our lives for th We outsource help all the time in our lives for things we aren't experts in: lawyers for legal help, accountants for financial help, contractors for construction help.

When it comes to ourselves, we put that last.

Chronic illness isn't like getting the flu that you have to let pass.

It's about a lot of change; changing what brought us to diagnosis so we can pave a path for vibrant health.

Re-learning what food means to us, understanding our body's cues in a new way, and building a special toolbox that helps us navigate the bumps in the road.

Why should our health with a chronic illness be the one thing we let slide by?

What if a few months of learning and adapting under guidance could save years of struggle and thousands of dollars?

Chronic illness is hard enough. Investing in specialized chronic illness healing support is something we all deserve 💓

If you've let your health go unsupported, dm me "self-healer" to change that.
