With a whole day ahead at the beach, I had my salad for some real food for lunch and all the necessary beach food groups: salty, crunchy, and sweet 🧀🥨 Plus plenty of liquids to stay hydrated.

Ice cream caveat: I knew my body would do okay with a this, so it was a sweet treat splurge I felt good about! If you're actively flaring/reacting to lots of foods including dairy, I'm pro not adding fuel to the fire via trigger foods🙅🏼‍♀️

What are your fave beach snacks??🦀
No. babe, noooooo!! A digestive diagnosis tells y No. babe, noooooo!!

A digestive diagnosis tells you what the dysfunction is. It doesn't dictate what your health looks like. That's where the work starts. That's up to us! 💪

Don't get caught believing because your gut hasn't behaved for 5, 10, or 20 years that THAT'S the end of your health potential. The problems just haven't been addressed properly!

I've seen people with IBD of 10-30 years improve symptoms (sometimes symptoms that doctors told them wouldn't change 🤷‍♀️)

Believe in better for yourself and pursue it with everything ya got.

We don't accept living in one big flare 24/7. We also don't accept we have to live feeling MEH all the time. We know there is extensive healing available to us, if we give ourselves the opportunity to find it.

Hiii I'm Alexa! ☺️ I've lived with Crohn's for 20 years and along my healing journey realized I wanted to help others go from sick, defeated, and frustrated, to healthy, thriving, and confident.

I love healing. Healing's my favorite🤠 I love healing. Healing's my favorite🤠
...before you go down the whole-body healing rabbi ...before you go down the whole-body healing rabbit hole, that it is!

It's always:

😳 Expecting a "good" day or week to be short-lived
😳 Working life around symptoms instead of healing root causes
😳 Going into survival / reactive mode when a flare starts out of nowhere vs building a healing lifestyle that is running all the time

And never:

🙏 My body is predictable.
🙏 I fee safe and comfortable in my body.
🙏 My attention isn't drawn to pain, fatigue, or related anxiety all day

But this is EXACTLY what starts to happen when you heal the root problems causing those signs of dysfunction to continue.

Around here, healing starts with a free Gut Health Strategy Session 🔥 and from there I'll work with you to make the routine and protocol changes your body needs! DM me "HEAL" for the link 📲
