These clients are individuals and so are their wins!

Gut healing wins depend on lots of factors like

- where you are in your health now
- how long you've had persistent issues
- how much you're willing to do via nutrition, supplementation, adapting sleep routines, developing morning/nighttime self care, nervous system regulation, etc.
- plain old bioindividuality!

Some of these clients are on medication and some are not. In my practice you're welcome either way — whole body healing work is pivotal either way!

My client has had Crohn's for 30 years, is also an NTP like me, and is an NP. She has her own practice with her own clients and is still having some BIG breakthroughs in her three-month program that she's been chasing for years.

The point of sharing this?

➡️ It is difficult to get a totally clear unbiased view of your body and your health. Even if you understand this from practitioner standpoint, you are going to have biases that get in the way. Ie, everyone is going to need help at some point and that is OK.

➡️ It's never too late to seek help or make positive change.

➡️ Healing is multifactorial. An approach to healing that involves the body as a whole and your inner world is a winning combo.

A random, yet typical day focused on my biz, physical & mental health, and a dash of side gigs 💗

Being an entrepreneur is definitely not what I would *recommend* per se for chronic illness, but it is definitely doable with the right strategy and discipline. It's the ultimate risk and that comes a lot of stress and pressure; things that are not friendly to chronic illness. I'm still always iterating on how to be most productive but ALSO not let work or stress consume my life. Embodying a more resilient nervous system has been a big focus for me and I feel like I've made some great progress recently.

Things that are part of me every day, even if every day is a little different:

➡️ nourishing, home-cooked food
➡️ movement
➡️ something for my mindset/spirit
➡️ time spent in my business ie client calls, client notes/emails/research, social media content, moderating Bezzy IBD, and sometimes working on projects with other health brands.
