I adore mornings. So much. And I love the anticipatory energy they hold. All that energy for a new day 😍

These are my favorite mornings routines that I don't do ALL every day, but at least a couple, and switch it up based on mood, weather, and my schedule. Do I sometimes just stay in bed a little longer? Yes.

☀️ starting the day with gratitude, such as, "I'm so grateful for this day," "I can't wait to see what comes into my life today," or, "I love my home," "I love this breakfast."
☀️ going for a walk
☀️ meditation
☀️ breathwork
☀️ "extra" skincare: dry brush / gua sha / ice roll
☀️ dance it out
☀️ big breakfast (always, duh)
☀️ warm lemon water
☀️ see the sunrise
☀️ stretch/yoga/restorative movement
☀️ listen to soothing music while getting ready

I've had a wonderfully restorative winter break 🫶 Closing the practice for two weeks is a much needed reset for me to enjoy the holidays and get ready for the year ahead. I focused on rest, friends/family, reflection, and setting those intentions. I'm not playing around in 2025!🤪

It's been a beautiful, fun, and challenging year. One things for sure though, I need more rest and boundaries with myself / work.

I'm excited to implement planned days off each quarter for rest, reflection, and simply personal time (giving myself PTO you could say 🤣).

I'm really thrilled to be kicking off the year with planned collaborations including more IG lives with amazing people, networking locally, and super exciting, @courtneymaiorino joining the care team here at Alexa Federico Wellness, and providing sessions included in my three-month healing program. I have tons of content ideas in the que I can't wait to move on. Expansion, embodiment, intentional, peaceful, and liberating are all words I intend to feel this year.

2025 is going to be so badass. I hope you're here for it 🥳❄️

When you're in the trenches of healing, the small steps forward don't seem so significant.

And then one day you're looking back on what feels like an entire life's worth of work, and can't actually believe you got through it.

And above it.

This poem is the pat on the back you're overdue to give yourself. 🫶
