Are you needing help to figure out your plan with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis? If symptoms are in the way and confusion is a-plenty, read on about my new group nutrition and lifestyle program for those living with the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.

You may be aware already that I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AIP certified coach. My main way of putting that knowledge and expertise to use, paired with my own life experiences having Crohn’s disease, has been working with my clients one-on-one.

This means, a client comes to me wanting support for their IBD. We have a chat about what working together will look like and if everything checks off for both of us, that person becomes a client. From there, when we meet my focus is 100% on them, and my recommendations are based on their particular needs.

How does the IBD Healing Method differ from working 1:1?

The obvious difference between the IBD Healing Method and working 1:1 is that The IBD Healing Method is a group program. Over six weeks, a Facebook group (separate from my free Facebook group) will meet to hold discussions, watch trainings, ask questions, and keep one another accountable.

With 1:1 clients, I am the only one keeping them accountable and offering support. With the IHM, the rest of the group is there to offer support as well. For people who need eyes on them to succeed, this is a major perk of working in a group.

Another difference is in the group I cannot focus in on individual problems as deeply as I can with 1:1 clients. This is because I have a group of individuals all looking for support, so I am unable to spend a lot of time on one person’s needs in the Facebook group. That being said, there is an option for 1:1 time with me to do just this. Let’s get into the details!

The What, How, When, and Cost

The next round of The IBD Healing Method officially starts on April 15, 2019, with a planning week starting on April 8, 2019. We will focus on moving through the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) elimination phase together, while each week giving new foods and lifestyle changes some attention as well.

As I mentioned, it is six weeks long. All content is delivered via email or Facebook group.

The program will have you on the AIP elimination phase at the end of the six weeks. From there, I will provide you with the resources to sustain the diet for 30 or more days (or until some amount of progress is reached) and how to reintroduce foods the AIP-way! If you are looking for additional support, there will be an option to continue working with me individually.

Support comes in the form of weekly emails, pre-recorded educational videos, live trainings in our Facebook group, discussions, challenges, and resources that you can download or print that make the transition through the AIP easier.

The cost depends on which level you choose. I’l break the options down.

The Basic Level ($147 – early bird pricing until 3/31!! Goes up on 4/1) includes everything that I have listed above. Basically, entry into this six-week group program and everything I have created for it.

The Advanced Level ($297 – early bird pricing until 3/31!! Goes up on 4/1) includes everything included in the Basic Level plus two 30-minute consultations with me. In these consults, I use the same tools that I implement with my 1:1 clients. These give me a much deeper look into a person’s health and history.
