And therein lies the beginning of my obsession.
The first reason I love PRE Brands is because their beef is 100% grass-fed and no antibiotics or hormones are used. Cows are meant to eat grass. Not corn, not soy (especially of the GMO varieties, which you can guarantee conventional brands are using as feed), and not random bits of whatever is lying around. They scored points with me right off the bat. Then, I got to cooking. My fellow steak lovers, rejoice. The beef was so tender. Mouth-watering. Juicy. And downright tasty even though I only seasoned it with salt.
