Need a little something to get you between meals some days? A fun treat to add to your kids’ lunches? Or, something sweet enough that can satisfy the need for dessert? These Five Ingredient Banana Walnut Bites are made in one bowl and are Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, and ultimately, gut-friendly! For those that do not digest oats well, these are oat free, something hard to find in snack ball recipes out there.

Fortunately, the most work this recipe entails is just chopping the walnuts, everything else is so easy and labor-free. While I recommend letting these firm for at least thirty minutes to firm up before enjoying, longer is better if you can wait!
