Lately I've been getting quite a few comments on m Lately I've been getting quite a few comments on my food videos on tiktok like, "wait I thought you couldn't eat that with Crohn's?"

And that brings to me exactly why I'm here.

To show people what's possible when you really focus on healing! The general recommendations for IBD were NOT made with a self-healer like you in mind.

So when I get a question like that I think, well according to who?? And in regard to what body? In what state of IBD health?? These things all matter.

📲 If you don't have your copy of my ebook yet, DM or comment below EBOOK and I'll send you the link! My ebook has been put in the hands of hundreds of IBD self-healers who are looking to know what they should be eating once and for all, just like you. Follow my guidelines for the Flaring diet and work your way into Healing and then Thriving! 🍳🫐🥩🥕🍏
Quick disclaimer, you're allowed to disagree with Quick disclaimer, you're allowed to disagree with what language you use for yourself and how you identify with this 😉

In my belief system, the mind and body are not just connected. They are one.

Note that passing emotions are not beliefs. But emotions we feel chronically can shape our beliefs. Therefore, all emotions across the spectrum are welcome and should be felt when they come up.

If you've made any language/perspective swaps, I would love to hear. 💭🗣️These are what feel right for me.
Somewhere along the way, I learned that with havin Somewhere along the way, I learned that with having IBD, controlling the controllables is my healing advantage. That’s why I’m intentional about how I create my morning and night routines. #HealthgradesPartner #PaidPartnership

Tap the link in my bio to get the scoop on my night routine on @healthgrades!

The thing is, mornings haven’t always been pleasant and productive, in fact, mornings were once my most challenging time of day. My digestion needed a lot of extra time to feel normal, and that’s where my self-experimentation with morning routines started. Now, I’ve found the routine that works with my body.

When it comes to my morning routine, I’m focused on:
☀waking up my digestion
☀getting my mindset right
☀starting the day with a nourishing meal

I’d love to know, what are your IBD-loving morning and night routines? Do we have any in common? #ibd #inflammatoryboweldisease #crohns #ulcerativecolitis
Success dining out with friends, taking trips to M Success dining out with friends, taking trips to Mexico or Italy (true stories), and thriving on a cruise like this client, are some of the coooolest ROIs of doing the gut-healing work my clients have accomplished.

What comes with the work like,
➡️ the diet changes
➡️ learning to trust your body again
➡️ changing how you've been operating for some time

Is the stuff you do and enjoy as a result of that!

Despite having Crohn's for years, she proved to herself that her body is resilient and on her side. She got here by rebuilding the foundations of her whole health — the work we do in my healing programs!

The three-month healing program is now enrolling June through August self-healers! Book your call today or DM with questions🌻
