For me to stay on track with food, I must have foods that are quick to make and eat. When I don’t, the urge to grab something I shouldn’t is all too tempting.
That’s why I try my best to stay prepared.
Cue my Easy Paleo Italian Meatball recipe! I’m busy, you’re busy. Who has the time (or wants) to spend copious amounts of time prepping foods. This recipe takes very little time. I PROMISE YOU.
One batch makes around 30 or so small meatballs, but I often make a double batch to freeze so the meatballs last me even longer.
I use a combination of ground turkey and bison or beef.
If you are looking for a grass-fed organic ground beef, try ButcherBox! You can receive $10 off your order and a free package of Pederson’s paleo bacon using this link.
A couple of meatballs can be a snack, and a whole bunch can be a meal!
Wait to cool before freezing, refrigerating or just enjoy!

these look delish! and they seem fairly easy to make 🙂 pinning for later!
They are SO easy!!! Thanks Kara, I hope you like them too 🙂
These look absolutely delicious!!! I need to try making these. Adding them to my healthy recipes to try come January haha!
Haha thanks, Adriana! I will be enjoying some treats too 😉
These meatballs look so delicious. I love the fact that they are baked in the oven rather than fried in oil on top of the stove. Definitely going to give them a try soon.
Thanks so much, Cait!!
we love meatballs so I am totally bookmarking this recipe. Sounds delish!
Thanks so much, Neely!
This is the second Paleo recipe I’ve come across recommending bison meat. I don’t know if we have it here (I live in Asia) but I’m going to google! Since we intend to work on our health in the new year, hope we’ll be able to find it here 🙂
My husb loves a good meatball, am gonna forward this recipe to him right now!
(Side note: I’m intrigued with the plugin(?) you used for your printable)
I hope you find bison! I love it 🙂 And my theme actually came with the printable recipe feature (is what what you mean?), but I am certain there are plug ins for it as well.
Your theme comes with a printable feature?? Oh that’s awesome! Never knew that was a feature in themes, thinking it must be a new thing? Esp since printables are so popular nowadays…
I know, isn’t it cool? I liked my theme before I knew it had that feature, so it was an added bonus 🙂
These look so yummy and the ingredient list is so simple. Going to make these for the family!
