The thing is, mornings haven’t always been pleasant and productive, in fact, mornings were once my most challenging time of day. My digestion needed a lot of extra time to feel normal, and that’s where my self-experimentation with morning routines started. Now, I’ve found the routine that works with my body.

When it comes to my morning routine, I’m focused on:
☀waking up my digestion
☀getting my mindset right
☀starting the day with a nourishing meal

Recipe is not mine, but there are many versions of Recipe is not mine, but there are many versions of this on the internet and I don't know who to credit!

🥯Equal parts flour (1 C) - I use @kingarthurbaking or @bobsredmill GF 1:1
🥯 With plain Greek yogurt (1 C)
🥯 Pinch of salt
🥯 Baking powder (the recipe I originally followed said 1.5 tsp, which seems like a lot for this size recipe, but also, what do I know). I have used varying amounts of BP and it doesn't seem to change the result all that much.

sometimes I get inconsistency on the wetness of the dough. I've used low-fat and whole milk Greek yogurt and that could be why🤷🏼‍♀️ 

Lately I've been baking at 375F.
