Good quality animal fats are necessary for a complete nutritional profile. However, only buy animal fats from trusted sources, like fat works.

I HIGHLY recommend buying the variety pack of this ghee. Each type has so much flavor. My favorite is the White Truffle Salt!

Kerrygold grass-fed butter is my go-to! One look at the rich yellow color will show you immediately how much more nutrient dense it is compared to conventional butter.

Coconut oil is stable against high heat. Refined has no coconut taste while unrefined tastes like coconut.
Baking

There are lots of dairy-free milk brands. It’s important to choose one without additives and preservatives!

Jovial makes some of the BEST gluten free pastas. They make a few other varieties. My other favorite is Trader Joe’s brand.

Coconut sugar can replace refined white sugar 1:1. It is delicious and has a rich flavor, similar to brown sugar.

Some brands of almond flour are not ground finely and that can affect recipes. Wellbee’s is known for being super finely ground.
