Healing is inevitable. But first, it's up to you Healing is inevitable.

But first, it's up to you to create the environment for healing.

It's gut repair and nutrient-dense eating, but it's also beliefs that are absorbed daily and people on your team holding you to a high standard.

Healing is inevitable, not just possible or probable, when you create the environment for healing!

🩷 I'm Alexa and a Crohn's thriver of 20 years turned IBD practitioner helping you heal through flares and create a new "normal" that has you feeling confident, healthy, and hopeful.

PSA to the chronic illness community!!! Your body PSA to the chronic illness community!!!

Your body is not defective. It didn't betray you. The sooner you stop pushing those narratives, the better 🀝

You think that your body went bezerk out of nowhere. Truth is, shit was BREWIN' wayyyy before you saw the slightest sign of dis-ease.

Your body WANTS to reach peace again.

Your body CAN reach peace again.

And it starts within you. New beliefs. New love. New foods. New herbs. Rebuilding and reforming.

Because you won't heal if you're being the same person you were when you got sick. ❀️❀️

P.S. I help my chronic illness and gut health clients rebuild these very foundations! Sign up for my one-month healing program and book your first session right now with $99 down to secure your spot! You're deciding the health of you in six months rn πŸ‘€

After years of knowing Crohn's intimately and work After years of knowing Crohn's intimately and working with IBD, these are three lesser-known things I'd do differently to set a foundation built for healing, freedom, and confidence.

Healing through chronic illness is not just whole body β€” it's whole mind and whole LIFE.

That really isn't as intimidating as it sounds, especially when you take it step-by-step through a blueprint that's designed for you, instead of wasting yearssss in time, energy, and money throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks (or doing nothing).

If this is your goal, comment SELF-HEALER for your personalized 30-day healing program πŸ’›βοΈ

Improving digestion can happen immediately by just Improving digestion can happen immediately by just making some shifts in how you eat!

As a gut-health focused NTP, these are some of my most recommended digestion tips that are easy and mostly free! In partnership with @ntatraining

πŸ’› Set aside a few minutes to take deep breaths before eating. This helps you shift from busy and stressed (where we don't digest well) to ready to digest.
πŸ’› Chew slowly and extra thoroughly. Once you pay attention to how you chew, you might notice you're chewing fast or not grinding food down enough, which can cause bloat, gas, and other forms of irritation to your gut.
πŸ’› Eat bitter foods with your meals. Lemon/citrus and various greens like arugula or chard help to stimulate digestion, helping to maximize food breakdown and lessen uncomfortable symptoms after eating.
