There's no work around here, unfortunately.

It'll probably be hard, but the only way to be done with it is to get through it.

The goal is to be restricted for as little time as possible. 

But for that time, you need to stick with it so your body heals and LATER you can tolerate expanding your diet and even have indulgences with less issues.

Don't fall into the trap of sabotaging your success then blaming a stubborn body or ineffective protocol πŸ™β€οΈ
