Garlic Lamb Riblets (Paleo, Whole30)

Ingredients

1.5 lbs lamb riblets

1 TBSP olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

4 minced garlic cloves

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Optional: top with fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a baking dish or sheet pan arrange the ribs and season with all of the ingredients. Use your hands to cover all of the meat.
  3. Roast for 45 minutes (give or take 5-10 minutes, depending on how meaty the ribs are).
