Coffee Tea Bread (Grain & Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients

1 stick of butter, softened

1/4 cup of real maple syrup

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp Kohana brewed coffee (or another variety)

1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)

2 cups of almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and maple syrup.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla, coffee, and milk, blending after each addition.
  4. Add the salt and baking powder. Slowly add in the flour as you blend everything together.
  5. Fill your loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

Enjoy with your cup of java in the morning or for a healthier dessert!

Notes

Organic and/or pasture-raised butter and eggs are preferable if available.
