Avonana Chia Pudding (Dairy & Sugar Free)

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/4 cup almond milk

1 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 TBS chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or Vitamix until well combined.
  2. Pour into individual glass jars and store in fridge.
  3. Let set for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

 

Notes

The top of the pudding will likely brown overnight because of the natural processing of the avocados and bananas. Don’t be alarmed –  it’s just as delicious.πŸ˜‰
