Set a medium-sized skillet on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the bacon slices. Flip once the bacon is golden brown on one side, or done to your liking.
In a salad bowl, add the spinach.
De-stem and slice the strawberries and cube the avocado. Place on top of the spinach.
Remove the bacon and drain on a paper towel-lined dish. Rough chop and add to the salad.
Now prepare the dressing. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, sea salt, and thyme in a dressing container or a bowl. Stir swiftly to combine everything well.
Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat the salad evenly with the dressing.
